Prevalence of Goitre in Chiniot, and in the Villages about It

observed that the villages or divisions of this town (Ghiniot) situate 011 the higher levels, suffer only fractionally compared with those villages or divisions of the town situated 011 the lowerlevels ; and it is also observed here and there that though a village is situated 011 a higher level, but it the people have to work on lowerlying cultivated fields, and have to depend for their water-supply on the latter situations, they also suffer, though in some degree less than the people living altogether 011 the lower levels.
